Typical asphalt paving starts wrinkling, fading and cracking after the first year. This is caused by improper initial compaction and when periodic sealing is not performed.

Decorative asphalt has overcome such problems. It has added durability, beauty and warmth to asphalt paving at a fraction of the cost of stone and brick.  The Deco Asphalt process ensures high compaction prior to stamping the surface. Higher than standard  compaction is achieved when templates are vibrated into the surface, resulting in a denser and more durable pavement which replicates the beauty of brick or stone. It is actually Textured asphalt bonded and sealed with a protective base coat and then covered with a colored Cementitious  coating. The colored coating beautifies and protects against oxidation, water, oil and gasoline penetration. Unlike brick, Decorative Asphalt does not permit weed or moss growth in its joints or surface.

Deco Asphalt is much faster and easier to install, with cost savings of up to 75%, compared to other decorative paving systems. It provides full flexibility against ground movement and general surface expansion and contraction, eliminating unsightly cracking associated with concrete or regular asphalt paving.
